- Basis of Design
- Development of Design Concept & Scheme with primary calculation with best suitable HVAC system
- Engineering Calculation Report Mainly includes calculation for cooling capacity (Heat Load), Ventilation, duct sizing, Pipe Sizing, Expansion Tank, External Static Pressure calculation for fan & pump. The capacity sizing & selection of necessary equipment like AHU, Chiller, and VRF Unit & Dx Units. The report is cover necessary calculation pertaining to project requirements.
- Drawings Schematic Drawings : Airflow & Instrument Control, Chilled Water & Cooling water Layout : Zone/Pressure Layout, Ducting & Piping Layout

- Factory Acceptance Test Witness

- Certification of Testing & Commissioning of HVAC System

B : For Existing ongoing Project
For Existing ongoing MEP project; we used to provide services as under
- Be as Client team member for review of Consultant drawings & help our client for quality compliance as well as value added services
- Third party inspection for commissioning, Testing and Adjusting and Balancing
- Quantity Surveyor for ongoing project as well closing of the project
C : Technical Audit and Assessment Study of HVAC system
- Technical Assessment of existing HVAC System performance and gap analysis to achieve building operation requirements
- Our Technical Audit report covers; Existing HVAC Scenario of operation, Required HVAC Scenario of operation with identification between two.
- Detailed Summary shows findings, observation, and recommendations for control measure
